What do I need to prepare for Kaged Playyard?

Please  remove all furniture, debris, rocks etc from the area in which we are setting up. We will not set-up on a wet space if outside.

After setup is done the client will come and inspect equipment with Kaged employee. During pick up if anything is damaged the client will be 100% responsible for damages and replacement of equipment.

What happens if it rains?

How does set-up/breakdown work

We come to you to setup and we pick up. We come 2 hours before event time to setup and disinfect equipment. This will not be apart of your booking time.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We all forms of payment except check ,money order, cashier check. Credit/debit, cash app, zelle is accepted

What is your policy for damaged products?

We will not be able to setup in rain or wet weather. if it rains the day before or day of we will not setup. We highly suggest having an alternative in case of inclement weather.
